Bagel and Lox Sandwich


A spread of bagels, toppings and sides is one of the easiest ways to pull a brunch together for friends and family. Here’s just one delicious example of what can be created around the communal table.

Yield: 4 servings



  • 4 TML bagels, sliced and toasted

  • 8 Tbsp. cream cheese

  • ½ lb. thinly sliced smoked salmon

  • 8 slices ripe tomoato

  • ½ small onion, thinly sliced into rings


  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each bagel half.

  2. Set the bagel bottoms on a plate or serving platter, and layer each bottom with 2 oz. smoked salmon, 2 slices tomato, and a few rings of onion. Cover with top halves of bagels, and serve.
